> Please review the spelling of the name as customized orders are non-refundable or returnable. Errors in spelling by purchaser will not be refunded.
> No two items will look exactly the same. Although we use the same type of wood for every item, please expect to see variation in the grain. Variations may include light or dark colored areas, knots and other inconsistencies that are present in all real wood.
> All items are made to order in the order in which they are received
> All of our products are cut with a laser, there may be a slightly toasted wood smell that is normal and will dissipate over time.
