Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

An exception to this is our custom signs and cutting boards. Our processing time for these items are 2-3 weeks.

*We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

We ship from our home located in Blandon, Pennsylvania.

  • Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Keep in mind of holidays and weather as this will slow shipping.
  • Once your order is shipped, it is no longer in our hands and is now in the hands of USPS

 

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $35.00 or more before taxes, have free shipping.
  • First class package does not include insurance
  • Priority includes insurance
  • We provide real time tracking information on all of our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at thecollectivetextile@gmail.com. 

 

LOCAL PICKUP/DELIVERY

We currently do not offer local pickup or delivery.

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Concerning shipping, as of October 1st, 2021, the new structuring of the United States Postal Service combined with the high demand of the holiday season could delay shipping times depending on package and location. As always, we will continue to provide you with all of the information concerning shipping and updates as to when your order ships but unfortunately once in the hands of the USPS we are no longer in control. Once your product is in the hands of the USPS we are no longer responsible for shipping times or communication concerning shipping, you will have to contact the USPS directly. With this being said, if expedited shipping is needed or you are in need of a rapidly designed product, please reach out to us sooner rather than later so we can help you to get what you need and when you need it by. Once again, so many thanks from us at The Collective Textile, we are humbled by your continued interests and support.

Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us at thecollectivetextile@gmail.com. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us, and will send you a new order with brand new products immediately.

Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately.
