PRODUCT INFO:
> One(1) Handmade personalized Valentine’s Day basket tag
> Laser cut 1/8" acrylic
> All tags will come with precut yarn ready to hang and white acrylic names
> Approximately 4” by 2”

> Each Valentine basket tag can be customized with your child’s name in white acrylic
> Please state your first name in the personalization box exactly how you would like it on each tag.
Examples: avery, Avery
> "i" and "j" dots will be connected

**longer names will overlap into the wording on the sides of the tag**

Personalization size may be adjusted to fit.
Please review the spelling of the name as customized orders are non-refundable or returnable. Errors in spelling by purchaser will not be refunded.

KEEP IN MIND:
> No two items will look exactly the same. Although we use the same type of wood for every item, please expect to see variation in the grain. Variations may include light or dark colored areas, knots and other inconsistencies that are present in all real wood.
> All items are made to order in the order in which they are received
> All of our products are cut with a laser, there may be a slightly toasted wood smell that is normal and will dissipate over time.
> Actual product color may vary from the images shown as we do our best to capture the true color. Due to lighting, monitor and mobile displays, color may appear different than it actually is. Just know that each item is made with love and we take pride in our products.

SHIPPING:
> In the event your item is damaged, or lost during transit, please contact us within 2 days after item is received.
> Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. All orders are shipped via USPS. If your package is returned, you are responsible for additional shipping cost.
> We hope you love your item. If for some reason there is an issue with your order upon receiving it, please send us a private message within 2 days of receiving your product. If you have any questions, please message us.

> We do not offer returns/exchanges on personalized items. If there is an issue with your order, please send us a message and we will be happy to assist you.
