HOW TO ORDER:

1.) CUSTOMIZE - In the “Add your personalization” box, please include the following:

> Name- Please keep in mind that all letters will be capitalized

2.) ADD item to cart

> Please make sure name is spelled correctly

Since this is a customized product, I do not accept returns beyond 24 hours after you purchase, unless I made the error.

No Returns or Exchanges after 24 hours after you purchase as these are completely customized. However, if there is a problem with your order during shipping, please contact us right away and we will work directly with you to remedy.

DISCLOSURE:
All items are handmade and since we work with wood it will vary from board to board. Although we use the same type of wood for every item, please expect to see variations. Variations may include light or dark colored areas due to how the stain absorbs into the wood grain, knots and other organic qualities that are present in all real wood. This is one of the best parts of working with Wood! We handle each piece and strive for the utmost quality.

Stain and paint colors may appear slightly darker or lighter than examples shown online. We do our very best to maintain consistency in our staining and painting process.
